Clean dry hair and skin is a must. No need to tidy up the place. Just kick back with a cup of tea in your robe, and wait for your stylist team to arrive at your doorstep. Easy Peasy!

We include a tip in our booking steps, at a rate of your choosing. We take care of evenly dispersing your gratuity, so you don't have to fuss with cash. If you felt your stylists exceeded your expectations, we encourage you to tip in cash upon service completion, at your discretion.

We love 'em! But if your pet is especially curious and playful, we prefer they be contained in another room.

All online, with one card transaction per booking. We do not offer an option to take multiple payments from all those in your party. But with so many money sending apps and options, it's never been easier to have those in your party contribute toward their services, at your discretion. 

Our staff is available to chat on the phone, if that is your preference (office hours vary). If you have a booking with us, you'll be provided with our manager's cell number in case you need to reach us right away. We do not release our stylists personal information to avoid any misunderstandings.

We work with the newest and highly reviewed top brands. Some of our favorites are Redken, Kenya, Kerastasse, Urban Decay, Makeup Forever, MAC Cosmetics, Temptu, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Etc. Our airbrush makeup upgrade offers a hypoallergenic option for those with sensitive skin.
